Visit Campus
If you're considering Furman—and you wouldn't be here if you weren't—you need to visit the campus. When you visit, you can:
-
talk with students to find out what Furman is really like
-
spend the night in a Furman residence hall and experience life at Furman firsthand (for prospective seniors only)
-
take a tour of Furman's beautiful 750-acre campus
-
get answers to your questions about Furman during a session with an admissions counselor
- sit in on a class that interests you
- Schedule a round of golf on Furman's beautiful 18 hole golf course
When is the best time?
Campus visits typically include a 45 minute-group information session with an admissions counselor, followed by a tour of campus with one of our student ambassadors. Visits will be held from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, and again from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm, Mondays through Fridays. Campus visits begin in the Hartness Welcome Center. Campus tours are available on select Saturdays at 11:00 am. Residence halls are not shown on Saturdays. Please check our registration calendar by clicking on visit the campus to register for these daily visits.
Also, we offer special visitation programs for prospective students listed below.
